Plastic chute has become very common and increasingly perfect since it was first installed and used in Canada 3 years ago.
Plastic chutes have proven to have low installation costs and virtually zero maintenance compared to regular steel chutes, rubber-lined steel chutes, rubber sheet chutes and wooden chutes. This is determined by the basic physical properties of plastic grooves. Plastic grooves have the following advantages: wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high impact strength, flexibility, and high tensile strength.
The flammability of polyethylene is often an issue from a safety perspective. Its burning rate is much lower than that found in rubber and many other processing plants. See the material. No harmful gases are produced when polyethylene is accidentally burned. Natural unprotected polyethylene will age after being exposed to ultraviolet rays from the sun. But most of the troughs are placed indoors, so this is not a problem. For natural unprotected polyethylene, it must be protected from sunlight during transportation and storage. Plastics used outdoors must be stable against UV rays, and the most widely used stabilizer is carbon black.
